1. Purpose
These Terms govern the relationship between dotrules (the "Platform") and its users (clients and creators). dotrules is a marketplace connecting clients who need AI configuration files (dotfiles, rules, skills, MCP configs, prompts) with specialized creators.
2. Services
The Platform provides a matchmaking and delivery service for custom digital content for AI agents. Deliverables include, but are not limited to: .cursorrules files, SKILL.md, .windsurfrules, MCP configurations, system prompts, and any AI agent configuration file.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are fixed and displayed in euros (EUR), tax included. Payment is made at the time of order via Stripe. The amount is held until validated by the client. Platform commission: 20%. The creator receives 80%.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative: Simple (24-48h), Workflow (2-3 days), Complex (3-5 days), Pack (5-7 days). If the deadline is exceeded without delivery, the client may request cancellation and a full refund.
5. Right of withdrawal
As digital content delivered on an intangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once execution has begun with the consumer's consent. By placing an order, the client agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and expressly waives the right of withdrawal.
6. Quality guarantee
Every deliverable is validated by our quality control system before delivery. 2 revisions are included in the price. Beyond that, an additional charge may apply or the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
7. Disputes and claims
The client has 48 hours after delivery to open a dispute. dotrules reviews and arbitrates the dispute. In case of proven non-compliance with the order brief, a full refund is issued. Mediation is provided by dotrules as a first step.
8. Intellectual property
Delivered dotfiles become the client's property after payment. The creator retains the right to offer similar (not identical) versions to other clients, unless an exclusivity agreement is in place. Adding to the resale catalog requires the creator's consent.
9. Liability
dotrules acts as a matchmaking intermediary. The Platform does not guarantee the results obtained from using the delivered dotfiles. The client is responsible for verifying the compatibility and security of files in their environment.
10. Personal data
Data collected (email, description of needs) is used solely for processing orders. No data is sold to third parties. In accordance with GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion by contacting us.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
